here is just another old negative of a Bengal tiger I would not have dared to scan
without the Nikon Coolscan scratch correction. Taken about August
1995 in Duisburg Zoo, Germany.

The Bengal tiger (Panthera tigris tigris) is the most numerous tiger subspecies. It is the national animal of both India and Bangladesh. Bengal tigers are found primarily in India with smaller populations in Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, China and Myanmar.
