The White-throated Caracara (Phalcoboenus albogularis) is a species of bird of prey in the Falconidae family. It is found in Argentina and Chile. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and temperate grassland.
