Amazonian motmot, blue-crowned motmot (Momotus momota) Description
The taxonomy is murky, but this brown-chested version of the Blue-crowned Motmot near Yaviza in eastern Panama is likely the subrufrescens subspecies. Some would raise this to species rank as the Whooping Motmot.

The Amazonian motmot or blue-crowned motmot (Momotus momota) is a colourful near-passerine bird found in the Amazonian forests from eastern Venezuela to northeastern Argentina.
