The tropical swallowtail moth (Lyssa zampa) is a large, brown moth with a wingspan of 10-16 cm, notable for its prominent white bands across its forewings and white-lined tails on its hindwings. Also known as the Laos brown butterfly, it is found from the Himalayas to the Malay Peninsula and Southeast Asia. This Uraniidae family member is attracted to urban lights and feeds on rubber tree family plants, with its larvae skeletonizing leaves.
